Standing Orders and use of QR Codes

We are extremely grateful to those who give to the church by standing order, but we are always looking for more people to pay this way if they can. All you need to do is fill out a fresh Gift Aid form, and go into your bank quoting our account number,

The CO-OPERATIVE Bank, sort code 839125. Account number, 65627567. We will also be putting up QR Codes in the church so that you may scan them and pay that way if they wish.

All you must do is scan the QR Code and follow the instructions.

Parish Finance Committee

There will be a Parish Finance Committee meeting on Tuesday the 25^th of February in St. Mary’s church house at7pm, could those on the committee please do their best to attend.

World Day of Prayer

The World Day of Prayer will take place on Friday the 7^th of March in Kilmonivaig church.

The time has yet to be confirmed.

St. Columba’s School First Communions

A huge thankyou to all who have signed up for thew sacraments this year we have a very healthy number. The classes will be on the following dates at 3.30pm in St. Columba’s school. Monday February the 10^th, Thursday the 20^th Monday the 24^th, and Monday March the 3^rd with first reconciliation being on Sunday the 9^th of March. The date for First Communions will be Sunday the 22^nd of June in St. Mary’s at 11.15am.

Diocesan Pastoral Fund

The total for the Diocesan Pastoral Fund for last week was £380.50. Thank you very much indeed for your generosity.

Mass of Hope, St. John’s Caol

There will be a Deanery mass for The Year of Hope on the 20^th of March 2025 at 6pm in St. John’s Caol. Please put this date in your diaries. Bishop Brian will be among us to say the mass. There will be teas and coffees afterwards.
