Mary Kerr R.I.P.
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Kerr who died on Wednesday in the care on Invernevis House. To her family and friends, we offer our love, prayers, and support at this difficult time for them. Mary’s body has been taken to Uist where her funeral will be celebrated there.
Standing Orders and use of QR Codes
We are extremely grateful to those who give to the church by standing order, but we are always looking for more people to pay this way if they can. All you need to do is fill out a fresh Gift Aid form, and go into your bank quoting our account number,

Parish Finance Committee
There will be a Parish Finance Committee meeting on Tuesday the 18th of February in St. Mary’s church house at7pm, could those on the committee please do their best to attend.

World Day of Prayer
The World Day of Prayer will take place on Friday the 7th of March in Kalmunai church.
The time has yet to be confirmed.
St. Columba’s School First Communions
A huge thankyou to all who have signed up for thew sacraments this year we have a very healthy number. The classes will be on the following dates at 3.30pm in St. Columba’s school. Monday February the 10th, Thursday the 20th Monday the 24th, and Monday March the 3rd with first reconciliation being on Sunday the 9th of March. The date for First Communions will be Sunday the 22nd of June in St. Mary’s at 11.15am.
Diocesan Pastoral Fund
Diocesan Pastoral Fund
The annual Second Collection for the Diocesan Pastoral Collection will take place over the weekend of 15th/16th February. This Fund supports various pastoral initiatives throughout the diocese including safeguarding and developing youth ministry. We are grateful for your financial support towards these and other initiatives. Last year the Second Collection raised £5,308 which was an increase of 18% over the previous year collection. Thank you.
