Cille Choirill Mass

First summer mass at Cille Choirill is on Sunday 10th May, 3pm. Thanks.

Feast of the Ascension

Thursday the 14th of May is the Feast of the Ascension. Note that there will be only one mass at7pm in St. Mary’s. As Fr. Charles must be in Glasgow at a safeguarding course.  

First Communions 2026

The lessons for first communion will continue this Thursday the 14th of May at 3.30pm in

St. Mary’s church.

Comboni Missionaries

Thank you for your kindness to the mission appeal last week. The amount collected was £751.20. Many thanks for your generosity.

Railway Club Ceilidh

“Date for your diaries – Saturday 24 October 2026. It has been a wee while since we had a social gathering. To coincide with the opening date of St Mary’s in October 1934, we plan to hold a Ceilidh at the Railway Club in Inverlochy on 24/10/2026. More details to follow, including ticket sales, however we will be happy to collect any raffle prizes you can spare.”

SVDP

We are looking for volunteers to start an SVDP in the parish.

Holidays

I will be away for a week’s holiday from Monday the 11th till the 18th. I then fly out to Spain to give a retreat to the seminarians, coming back on the 25th of this month. Fr. Charles will step into help, and all daily masses will be in St. John’s fore these two weeks. We thank Fr. Charles for helping. Fr. David.
