Christopher Egbon R.I.P.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fr. Charles’s Father Christopher. To his family and friends, we offer our love, support and prayers at this difficult time for them.

St. Columba’s School First Communions

The next meeting will be on Monday the 12th of May, at 3.30pm. The date for First Communions will be Sunday the 22nd of June in St. Mary’s at 11.15am.

Liturgy Works Conforti

We have the Good News that Liturgy Works is hoping to start up again I have taken the bold step of booking Conforti for weekend of the 19th and 21st of September. The price is £180 full board for the weekend, I do realise that this is more expensive, but it is five years since we met, and prices have gone up substantially, deposits of £50 should be deposited to the bank account, Mrs. D. Maclean, sort code 874362, account number, 72783760.

May Devotions

We will have May Devotions during the month of May the next one being held on Wednesday the 14th at 6pm in St. Mary’s all welcome.

New Sound System in St. Mary’s

A new sound system has been installed this week in St. Mary’s. I would personally like to thank John Haggerty for his generosity and kindness, in the interim period.

Fr. David Holidays

I will be away from the parish from Sunday the 11th of May till Monday the 19th of May.

Xaverian Father Mission Appeal

Fr. Stephen McKend will be with us next Sunday for our annual Mission Appeal, please be as generous as you always are to this very worthy cause.
