St. Columba’s School First Communions
Our next meeting will be on Monday the 28th of April at 3.30pm in St. Columba’s school. There will be no meetings in the school for another three weeks. The date for First Communions will be Sunday the 22nd of June in St. Mary’s at 11.15am.

Chrissie MacCeachan Funeral Arrangements St. John’s Caol
We announce the death of Chrissie MacEachen, formerly a parishioner of St John’s, Caol, and latterly resident in a nursing home in Fife. Who died recently. R.I.P. There will be a mass on Wednesday the 7th of May at 10.30am, before Chrissie’s remains go to Uist.
Diocesan Pilgrimage to Rome for the Year of Hope
There will be Diocesan Pilgrimage for The Year of Hope from the 22nd to the 26th of September to Rome. Five days, four nights in a 3-to-4-star hotel Half Board, price £1,200 per person. This will be led by Bishop Brian. If you wish to book a trip you must e-mail

Mass for the Death of Pope Francis
There will be a mass in Oban Cathedral on Monday the 28th of April at 1pm, to pray to God for the happy repose of his soul, and give thanks to God for his life, all are most welcome.
Liturgy Works Conforti
We have the Good News that Liturgy Works is hoping to start up again I have taken the bold step of booking Conforti for weekend of the 19th and 21st of September. The price is £180 full board for the weekend, I do realise that this is more expensive, but it is five years since we met, and prices have gone up substantially, deposits of £50 should be deposited to the bank account, Mrs. D.
