Masses for next week

 

·         Monday: No Mass

·         Tuesday: Mass will be held in St. Mary’s at 10.15am   

·         Wednesday: Eucharistic Service in St. Mary’s at 10.15am        

·         Thursday: Mass will be held in St. Mary’s at 10.15am     

·         Friday: Mass will be held in St. Mary’s at 10.15am

·         Saturday: Vigil in St. Mary’s 6pm

We welcome Fr. Charles Egbon

We are delighted to have Fr. Charles among us, and we welcome him warmly to the parishes of Caol and Glenfinnan, and hope that he enjoys his time with us. Fr. Charles will say mass daily in St. John’s Caol, on the following days. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday at 10am.

The New Lectionary

We thank everyone most sincerely for their contributions to the new lectionaries.

The total that we needed has now been reached. Many thanks for your generosity.

New Missal

The New Missal is coming out soon and begins on the First Sunday of Advent. If you wish to purchase a Missal, if you go onto the CTS website where they are available at £19.95.

Minutes of PPC Meeting

We had a very successful Parish Pastoral Council meeting last week. The minutes will be available at the back of the church as soon as they are completed.

Mission Sunday

Next Sunday is Mission Sunday and there will be a second collection at all masses for this very worthy cause.

October Devotions

There will be October Devotions in St. John’s Caol on Thursday the 17th of October at 6pm. All are most welcome.

Finance Meeting

It is proposed that we will have finance meeting for all the parishes on Wednesday the 30th of October at 7pm.

Wedding Congratulations

Many congratulations to Iona and Daniel Molloy who were married in St. Mary’s. May they be blessed with heath and happiness.
