Bishop Brian 10th Anniversary

On Wednesday the 18th of February is Bishop Brian’s 10th Anniversary. We thank him very much for his commitment to our diocese and the people. And wish him health and happiness in the years ahead.

Chrism Mass

Please save the date for the Chrism Mass in March. The date is Wednesday the 25th of March at 12.30pm. Not that the time has changed from the evening till the afternoon.

Sandy Grant R.I.P.

We are sad to announce the death of Sandy Grant. To his family and friends, we offer our love and prayers at this sad time for them. Sandy’s funeral will take place in St. Mary’s on Tuesday the 17th of February at 11am. All are most welcome.

Diocesan Pastoral Fund

This weekend there will be second collection for the Diocesan Pastoral Fund. please be as generous as you can.

Parish Pastoral Council Meeting

There will be a Parish Pastoral Council Meeting this Tuesday the 17th of February at 7pm in the Church House. If there is anything that parishioners wish to bring up at the meeting. Please let me know. Fr. David.

Lent Ash Wednesday

This Wednesday the 18th of February is the start of Lent, Ash Wednesday. There will be masses at 10.15am and 7pm in St. Mary’s.

First Communions 2026

We are excited to announce that we have several children again for First Communion this year. The parents and the children who are of Primary Four and above from all the schools in the area, and would like to make their first communion, are very welcome to come to the first meeting on March the 2nd at 3.45pm in St. Columba’s school
