Mass for the Holy Souls

There will be a mass for the Holy Souls in St. Mary’s on Tuesday the 25th of November at 7pm All are most welcome. Note that there is no morning mass on Tuesday.

We had our parish council meeting last week. The minutes will be published soon.

November Holy Souls

November is the month of the Holy Souls, if you wish your loved ones to be prayed for, there will be a book of remembrance at the front of the church and envelopes at the back.

SCES

Thank you to those who gave so generously to the collection last Sunday for Catholic Education. The total raised was £305.30.

Diocesan Pastoral Council

Bishop Brian is looking for representatives for a diocesan pastoral council. It would be good if we could have at least one representative from St. Mary’s. If anyone is interested, please speak to me Fr. David.

Bishop Brian Pastoral Visit

We welcome Bishop Brian who will be with us next Saturday night and Sunday. We thank him for all he does for us, and the diocese.

Teas and Coffees

There will be teas and coffees next Sunday the 30th of November after 11.15am mass instead of the first Sunday of the month, to give hospitality to the bishop.
