First Communions

Huge congratulations to the children who made their first communions today. May this day live long in their hearts.

Liturgy Works Conforti

We have the Good News that Liturgy Works is hoping to start up again I have taken the bold step of booking Conforti for weekend of the 19th and 21st of September. The price is £180 full board for the weekend, I do realise that this is more expensive, but it is five years since we met, and prices have gone up substantially, deposits of £50 should be deposited to the bank account, Mrs. D. Maclean, sort code 874362, account number, 72783760.

Card Machine

There is a new card machine installed at the back of the church in St. Mary’s, and requires simple a tap of your bank card, it is currently set at £5, if you wish to increase the amount that you give please press the arrow upward on the machine and it will change the amount, it increase in £5 increments. The reason behind doing this is because so many people no longer carry cash. Unfortunately, it is not working now, but I hope it will be up and running soon.

Day for Life

There will be a second collection for the great work that the church does in protecting life, from the womb to the tomb. Please be as generous as you can.

Fr. David short break

I will be away from the parish from Sunday the 22nd of June till Thursday the 26th of June to attend an ordination and first mass. In emergencies, please phone Caol Parish.

Moira Grant R.I.P.

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Moira Grant. We pray for Angus and all the family at this difficult time for them. Moira’s funeral will be on July the 1st at 11am in St. John’s Caol. All are most welcome.
