Diocesan Pastoral Fund

The annual Second Collection for the Diocesan Pastoral Collection will take place over the weekend of 17th/18th February. This Fund supports various pastoral initiatives throughout the diocese including safeguarding and developing youth ministry. We are grateful for your financial support towards these and other initiatives. Last year the Second Collection raised £4,723 which was an increase of 162% over the previous year collection of £1,801. Thank you.

Gift Aid declarations and Bank Standing Orders

As I mentioned last week, we are no longer going to order Gift Aid envelopes because the cost is prohibitive, and they are extremely labour intensive to account for. I am proposing with the good will of you the people that if you have not done so already, please fill out a Gift Aid declaration and go into your bank with the details of the sort code and account number, or online, and suggest which amount weekly or monthly you wish to contribute.

Many thanks indeed for your continued support of your parish. Fr. David.
