Those who have been collecting for S.C.I.A.F. throughout Lent, please could you count your own Wee Boxes this year, and send the money direct to, S.C.I.A.F. 7 West Nile Street Glasgow, G1 2PR. This is due to Covid and handling money. Many thanks.

St.John’s Parish House

As we mentioned a few weeks ago, in discussions with the Parish Finance Committee, it was decided that we would rent out the parish house in Caol. This is a decision we did not come to lightly, but we feel that with no real prospect of a priest in the near future, it is imperative that the house is looked after.

Most of you will know, that Deacon Thomas and his wife Sheena are in the house at the moment. They will stay there for another month. And then the house will be let out on a long- term basis to a local family. I would like to thank the Wynne family most sincerely for their hard work, in putting the house in order.

St. Mary and St. Finnan, Glenfinnan

It is with great joy that we celebrated mass on Easter Sunday in Glenfinnan. Due to current restrictions, it has been a while since we could have mass. This Sunday we will have a short meeting after mass, to see the best way of moving forward together.

Thank You

A huge thank you to all who have made the celebration of the Easter Liturgies so sacred. This could not have been achieved without all your hard work, and assistance. Thank you very much indeed.

Happy Eastertide

On behalf of myself and Deacon Thomas, can we wish you all the parishioners a very happy and Holy Eastertide. Many thanks for your cards and your gifts.

Sick Visits

It is hoped that in the near future we will be able to resume our home visits to the sick and housebound. Please inform us if there is anyone who is unable to get to mass and would like a visit.
